Blue Light Junction
Inspired by the documentary TCB - The Toni Cade Bambara School of Organizing, this hands-on zine-making workshop explored the role of the "cultural worker" in movements for liberation. Just as Bambara used film and prose as tools for community building, participants used collage, text, and DIY publishing to document their own lineages of resistance. Participants created a collaborative or individual "manifesto zine" honoring the methods of Black women cultural workers who turn art into action.
