Kids Solidarity Mini Zine Pack

In the days and times of COVID-19 the creative process of paper zine making kept myself and my son grounded in creativity and storytelling. We’re unveiling with you some of our favorite mini zines we created last year during our own kids solidarity virtual zine fest held during the first months of quarantine. A lot of emphasis was put on making sure kids weren’t falling behind academically, but we wanted to make sure Knox didn’t lose his sense of imagination, social engagement and story telling skills- thus the kids solidarity virtual zine fest was born. We made tons of mini zines using, photography and collage and selected a combination of our favorites for this mini zine pack! The zine pack also comes with our Radical Joy sticker pack!!

Zine & digital collage topics were all chosen by myself & Knox! Check out our fun zines below that include art work about trips to the moon, our love for music, Disability Justice and Autistic Joy! Zine making became a fun sensory social activity to keep my Autistic son engaged with his dope sense of visual storytelling and love for words!
